This stunning River Console table will bring any room to life. It provides a great opportunity to have a river table at a more affordable price than the classic dining tables. As it’s a smaller standalone piece you can create a striking yet not overbearing focal point for any room.

This table top is created using English oak which has a beautiful grain with medullary rays. These medullary rays show as lighter lines that run perpendicular to the grain. They are created when a log is quarter sawn at the mill. Quarter sawn oak is prized by wood workers as it is the most stable and resistance to natural wood movement when humidity changes in our homes across the seasons.
The river is created using emerald green translucent resin with the live edges of the wood disappearing into its depth.
This table sits on industrial steel box section legs with two finish options and two height options. Clear coat lacquer giving a beautiful raw steel finish or black powder coat providing a high quality smooth finish. For our translucent river tables we cut the centre out of the fixing plate. This is so you do not see the leg mounting plate through the river. Leg height can either be 86cm, perfect for sitting above radiators; or 71cm which is around dining table height.
